Required Restaurant Manager (TEER 60030):

 Position Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Plan and direct the restaurant’s daily operations and overall activities.
• Maintain high customer service standards, address customer enquiries, complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and supervise employees to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate shifts according to operational requirements.
• Determine suitable food and beverage services and establish procedures for efficient restaurant operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation and workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to arrange timely purchases of food and other supplies.
• Prepare and review sales report and provide update to the management.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 2-4 years of experience is required in food or restaurant industry or relevant field.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; and
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
