Wage rate: $40 per hour, 40 hours/week. 

Education: High School 
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Language: English. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Look after the overall functioning of the restaurant, ensuring smooth kitchen and dining services.
• Manage dine-in, takeout and delivery orders while maintaining food quality and timely service.
• Hire and guide restaurant employees, arrange work shifts and distribute daily responsibilities.
• Keep track of daily sales, food expenses, staff wages and other restaurant costs.
• Work with chefs on menu items, portion sizes, food quality and customer preferences.
• Check stock levels, purchase ingredients and restaurant supplies, and deal with vendors regarding prices, product quality and delivery arrangements.
• Set guidelines for staff conduct, customer handling and daily restaurant activities.
• Make sure the kitchen, dining area and equipment are clean and food safety requirements are followed.
• Attend to customer concerns, special requests and feedback to improve their dining experience.
• Check cash collections, payment records, sales summaries and employee attendance.
• Handle catering inquiries, discuss menus and pricing with customers, and arrange special food offers and promotional activities to attract business.
• Review restaurant sales and staff performance and make necessary changes to improve business operations.
