Child Caregiver - Private Home

Armaanbir Singh and Jaismeen Sidhu – Haryau Family (Employers) are urgently seeking for 1 Full Time Caregiver for their 2.5-Year-Old Daughter and a New Born Baby (Expected DOB Early Jan 2027) in their home for personal care. The caregiver will be working at their residence located in V4N 6W3 Surrey British Columbia Canada.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)

Language: English 

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Wage: $ CAD 18.50/Hourly

Vacation pay of 4% of wages per year or 10 days paid vacation.

Employment Schedule: Morning, Day

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise the children at the employers house when parents are away from home
• Bathe, dress and feed infants and children. Change diapers
• Cook and provide healthy meals for the children according to their requirements
• Take full responsibility of the home in the absence of the parents.
• Keep the room of the children neat and tidy, do laundry as per the instructions of the employer.
• Bringing children form school and assisting them in studies. Dropping them for extra class.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment at home. 
• Teaching them personal Hygiene.
• Tend to the emotional well-being of children and support their social development
• Promoting them hygiene’s and cleanliness in all areas of the house.
• Escorting them to doctor during appointments. 
• Keeping track of medicines
• May need to perform light housekeeping duties

Skills Requirement:

• Any kind of post-secondary education relevant to nursing, caregiving, childhood education is mandatory
• Valid First Aid License required
• Any kind of experience in regards to caregiver/nanny is an asset
