Job Title: Logistic Coordinator (Permanent Full-time position)

Education: Minimum of any college diploma of a 1 year program or equivalent experience

Work Experience - must provide reference attesting at least 1 year of experience in:

• Working in a warehouse or distribution centre, coordinating and monitoring the inventory, storage and transportation of warehouse products; and
• Knowledge in hardwood flooring made from sawn cut veneer and Baltic birch plywood

Duties:

• Ensure optimal organization and accessibility of the warehouse by managing the logistics of inventory, storage spaces, and transportation processes;

• Identify and resolve any challenges or discrepancies within the warehouse, focusing on addressing and rectifying issues related to shipments, inventory, and any other concerns;

• Optimize the movement of hardwood flooring supplies within the warehouse by coordinating and monitoring the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and timely processing;

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns related to hardwood flooring shipments, delivery schedules, and product availability;

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing hardwood flooring shipments, while monitoring shipment costs, timelines, and overall productivity to guarantee timely deliveries and cost-effective logistical operations;

• Plan and organize the operational logistics of the warehouse, while analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness;

• Organize and maintain inventory by implementing systematic inventory control measures to prevent shortages or excess stock of hardwood flooring.

Remuneration:  Annual Salary $48,360 payable monthly (normal working hour 30 hours/week)
