Job Description

Heights Liquor require two retail service supervisors at Edmonton AB in a full time permanent role 

Location -  4018 118 AVENUE Unit 101 NW Edmonton, Alberta T5W 1A1

Wages - 24.00 to 28.85 hourly (To be negotiated) / 32 to 40 hours per Week

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

  • 3-4 people
