11957635 CANADA INC. (o/a Nextune Auto) is a GTA-based automobile repair company that has been serving clients since March 2020. We are seeking a Customer Service Clerks Supervisor for a full-time, permanent position of 30 hours per week. This role offers a salary range of CAD $31.50 to CAD $33.50 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times for hours worked beyond the 44^th hour. Our office is located at 3211 Wolfedale Rd, Unit 6, Mississauga, ON L5C 1V8. Fluency in English is required.

The main responsibilities for this position include:

- Conduct performance reviews

- Perform same duties as workers supervised

- Recruit and hire staff

- Co-ordinate, assign and review work

- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments

- Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals

- Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies

- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports

You must have the following qualifications:

1) Language: English

2) Education: College/CEGEP

3) Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

4) Supervision: 1 to 2 people

5) Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office
