Responsibilities

Tasks

• Assist trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles
• Perform labouring duties in warehouses
• Secure cargo properly using straps, chains, or other securing mechanisms to prevent shifting or damage during transportation.
• Maintain effective communication with the truck driver, providing guidance during maneuvers, and staying alert to any safety instructions.
• Complete necessary paperwork related to shipments, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and any other required documentation.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks on the truck or equipment, such as checking fluid levels or inspecting tires.
