 Location: Brampton, ON L6W 0B6

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to discuss short-term and long-term financial needs and goals
• Monitor changes in financial markets to best advice clients
• Determining customers' needs and providing solutions with regards to their investment requirements.
• Build relationship with the client/customer to create opportunities for various products to fulfil the customer’s financial needs.
• Ensure timely sharing of updated reports with the customers on products being bought by them.
• Act as an interface between customers & the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to customers and drive profitability.
• Provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners to meet company objectives.
• Apply expertise and judgement in providing quality, and occasionally complex client service and support to internal and external clients on a daily basis.
• Monitoring market conditions to determine how various changes may impact taxes and client investments.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A college diploma or CEGEP is the minimum educational requirement.
• Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in financial services, banking, or related roles is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey complex financial information.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and explain complex financial information.
• Ability to solve financial issues and provide suitable solutions.
• A customer-focused mindset to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Salary: $30.00 per hour for 35 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
