Job Description:-

Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, Team player.

Job Duties:

To establish methods to meet work schedules.

To supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

To train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

To estimate and order ingredients and supplies.

T hire food service staff.

To ensure food service and quality control.

To prepare budget and cost estimates.

To address customers' complaints or concerns.

To maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

To prepare and submit reports.

To supervise and check assembly of trays and Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.

To establish work schedules.

Supervision: 3-4 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers.
