Food and Beverage Serving Skills:

• Prepare and serve specialty food at customers tables.
  • Top up guest coffee/water, as per guest needs.
  • Provide optimal guest experience by seating guests, taking orders, serving dishes, and removing dishware promptly and with a positive attitude.
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards.
  • Take and manage orders, communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Have full knowledge of the menu and offer options appropriately to guest needs and preferences.
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety legislation/guidelines.
    • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant & maintenance of all equipment – report all concerns to Management.
    • Prepare & present beverages using the proper presentation techniques.

• Recommend smoothies, wines, beer, cocktails & bubbles, that complement customers meals.
