Location: Scarborough, ON, M1P 4Y1

Salary: $44.50 per hour for 35 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure components, such as virtual machines, storage, and networking resources.
• Facilitate the provisioning of cloud services based on organizational needs and requirements.
• Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of cloud resources.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of cloud services.
• Optimize resource usage to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Implement and manage security measures for cloud environments, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance with security policies.
• Monitor and control cloud service costs, optimizing usage to align with budgetary constraints.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Develop and implement automation scripts or workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Orchestrate processes to enhance the efficiency of cloud service management.
• Ensure that cloud services adhere to SLAs and meet agreed-upon performance standards.
• Assess resource utilization and plan for scaling cloud services based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation for cloud configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or any related field.
• Typically, 2-3 years of experience in IT or related industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages is essential.
• Experience configuring and deploying IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience developing and delivering end-to-end cloud solutions Strong technology background in cloud and managed services
• Good knowledge of IT service delivery lifecycle
