Salary expectation: $ 90,000- $ 110,000 per year based on experience and performance.

Job Duties:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of logistics data to identify patterns, trends and insights.
• Utilize advanced data analyst techniques to optimize supply chain management, demand forecasting, route planning, inventory management, and other logistics operations.
• Consider delivery deadlines, vehicle capacities, traffic conditions, and cost efficiency to and apply algorithms to optimize routing, scheduling, and load planning.
• Implement advanced data analysis techniques to assess data related to transportation routes, weather conditions, supplier performance, and market dynamics etc.
• Deploy computer vision algorithms to automate barcode scanning, track package movement and verify shipments against orders and improve warehousing management.
• Provide insights on the most efficient arrangement of warehousing to optimize the allocation of space, improve traffic flow, and improve overall warehouse productivity.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex logistics data and insights and present key performance indicators, trends, and recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, computer system or a related discipline is required
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience is required. Experience in logistics and warehousing solution settings is preferred.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, Java on Linux and Windows is required
• An excellent team player and detailed orientated
• Fluent in English
