Work Setting: Bakery Plant

Job Type: Full Time and Permanent (40 hrs. a week)

Wages: $ 24.05 per hour and all other benefits are as per Canadian law

Start Date: As soon as possible

Skills and Employment Requirements: -

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to 2 years
• English

Job responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: -

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who process, package, test and grade food and beverage products
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports.
