Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our TAX PREPARATION EXPERTS professional team located at 22264 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 3H9

Business Name: Pro Ledgers Inc.  dba Liberty tax Services

Salary - $27.50 / hour

Terms of employment - Permanent, Full time 35 hours / week

Education -Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
