Wage & Benefits

$17.00/hour, 30-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

1. Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide product information, both online and offline.
2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a professional manner.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close deals.
5. Recommend additional products or services to meet customer requirements and increase sales revenue.
6. Help with physical placement of products and items in our store and improve store atmosphere.
7. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
8. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Completion of secondary education is required.
2. Prefer to have previous customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
3. Excited to work and learn at a fast-paced, fast paced and rapidly growing company.
4. A proactive, adaptable problem-solver who reacts quickly in unexpected situations.
5. Able to effectively communicate with a variety of people.
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
