Private household at 236 Farmstead Road in Richmond Hill, Toronto is looking for ChildCaregiver.

The position is full-time.

Must be flexible to cover shifts, some weekends, hours will vary from day, night and evenings. Overtime may be required.

Salary: $19.00 per hour, 30 hours/month

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking

Work Location: Must work in employer's/client's home. Accommodation is not available.

Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.):

First Aid Certificate or CPR Certificate

Job Duties:

 ·      Plan, prepare and serve meals and snacks for childï¼›

·      Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home;

·      Instruct child in personal hygiene;

·      Provide age-appropriate educational training through organized activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings;

·      Housekeeping and grocery shopping.

Requirements:

 •       College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2years or equivalent experience

 •       Previous Experience in the same field and/or previous full-time training in the field will be an asset.

 •       Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
