Bookkeeper is required at: 12782723 Canada Inc. O/A Sea Web Works

Job Duties:

• Maintain the financial records and set up, manage, and reconcile different accounts through both manual and computer based bookkeeping systems.
• Record journal entries, harmonize accounts, generate a trial balance, and produces financial statements.
• Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirement as needed.
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, utility, tax and other bills.
• Fill out and turn in tax remittance, worker’s compensation, pension contribution, and other official paperwork.
• Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
• Manage payrolls, accounts payable and receivable.

Experience and Education:

• Minimum working experience of 1 year to less than 2 years in similar role is required, with minimum College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

 Salary, working hours, overtime and vacation pay: 

• $27.00 CAD Per Hour

• Minimum 30 hours per week

• (Overtime Rate) $40.50 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

• Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
