Roles and Responsibilities for One Available Position: Marketing Assistant

1.  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the company's design services.

2.  Assist in creating content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.

3.   Provide support to plan and coordinate events, promotions, and other marketing activities to showcase the company's services and attract new clients.

4.   Work closely with the graphic design, UX design, UI design, and marketing design teams to ensure that marketing materials are aligned with the company's brand identity and messaging.

5.   Assist in managing the company's social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and analyzing social media metrics to gauge performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

6.   Collaborate with design teams to address client feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

7.   Update and maintain the company's website content to reflect the latest design projects, services, and news.

8.    Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Salary and Work details:

• $32.40/hr with minimum 30 hours per week
• $48.60/hr is the overtime rate, which starts after accumulative 44 hours in a week
• 4% of gross pay is considered as holiday pay

Other Job Details:

• Minimum of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience is required 
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Full time permanent role in the company
