SYSTRACK INC is looking for the position of Accounting Bookkeeperfor their location at 40 Bushmill Circle, Brampton, ON L7A 0K8.

Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position

Salary: $ 25.50 CAD per hour for 35 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Job duties:

• Enter data, maintain records, create reports and account financial statements using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Track and verify transactions recorded in the general ledgers and prepare related financial statements of the Company.
• Perform partial checks of the posting of journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
• Process accounts receivable/payable, handle and prepare cheques for payrolls as well as for utility, tax and other bills in a timely manner.
• Calculate and prepare tax remittance forms, tax payments, workers compensations forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services of the Company.
• Record and prepare day to day statistical, financial and accounting transactions.

Language: English

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
