Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in both the liquor store and pub, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for liquor, beverages, and supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.

• Oversee cash handling procedures, including reconciling cash drawers, preparing deposits, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the liquor store and pub, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as liquor licensing laws and food safety standards.

• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing feedback and recognition to staff, and addressing any issues or conflicts in a timely manner.

• Opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

Pay rate: 

• $27.50 per hour

Education and Work experience:

• Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

• Some Work experience is an asset
