Responsibilities:

Establish and operate systems, processes, and financial policies for the company.
Supervise the development of financial reports, economic evaluations and accounting records.
Responsible for preparing the budget. This involves gathering relevant financial data, analyzing historical financial performance, and projecting future income, expenses, and cash flows.
Assess the financial disclosure infrastructure, accounting protocols, and investment undertakings and provide suggestions to higher managment for any policy or procedual changes that could be beneficial.
Handle recruitment, organization, training, and supervision of staff.
Oversee the operations of accounting, auditing, or financial departments
Serve as the point of contact for the company's investors, the investing public, and outside financial experts.
Set standards for investment activities' profitability as well as supervise mergers and acquisitions
Recommend any trends that are important to the financial success of the company.
Manage the design and application of models for economic scenarios models.
