 POSITION - HUMAN RESOURCES CO-ORDINATOR

 

Job Title: Human Resources Co-ordinator

Location: 111 George St, Toronto, ON M5A 2N4, Canada

Salary: $36.10 to $39.00/hour {$60,000 - $70,000 Annually}  (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Flexible hours, Morning, Overtime, To be determined

Tasks

Collaborate with management to implement and enforce Human Resource related policies and programs; Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions; Facilitate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and negotiate on salary scales; Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the organization; Administer HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees on compliance matters; Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance; Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and HR databases; Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts when necessary; Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and addressing employee queries; Conduct regular audits to ensure Human Resource processes align with legal and regulatory requirements
