Education: Completion of Secondary (high) School graduation certificate 

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years 

Number of openings: 1 

Wage: $25.00 / Hr 

Hours: 30 to 40 Hours per week

Language: English 

Term of Employment: Full time-permanent

Job Description: 

• Book, confirm, re-schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies accordingly.
• Answer electronic and telephone call enquiries and relay them accordingly.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Prepare, edit, enter and check, presentations, reports, invoices, brochures and any material related to handwritten and machine records
• Take care of incoming electronic and handling other material, internal information flow co-ordination with other departments and organizations
• Regulate and establish office procedures
• Greet visitors and direct visitors to an appropriate person
• Keep record of minutes of meetings
• Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
• Supervise and train office staff in procedures if needed

Employment Requirements:  

• Completion of Secondary School
• 1 year to less than 2 years experience required
