Job Description

One (1) Full-time permanent position of Gas Station Supervisor (NOC 62010) is available at 2239749 Ontario Inc. O/A Circle K, located at 1 Yonge Street South, Elmvale, Ontario, L0L 1P0.

Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 62010:

• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the station attendants/storekeepers while responsible for managing the shift operations including gas station and, convenience store.
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for sales/merchandise workers.
• Maintain fuel supply, make sales analysis for fuel
• Manage staff members and assign them duties to them for stocking, cleaning, labeling, displaying of merchandise.
• Attending customers in person/over the phone and resolving customer complaints on time when needed.
• Maintaining sufficient inventory and ordering routine merchandise.
• Assisting in new staff hiring, training of sales skills.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes daily, tracking the sales yearly, merchandising and personnel matters, purchase/sale entries & submit to the Manager.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Handle cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting the float, balancing cash, providing change, sorting and securing cash.
• Perform the duties of person supervised, as and when required.

Requirements: 

Secondary School Completion.

Minimum one (1) year of experience required.

Wage rate: $20.15/hour
Hours: 40 hrs/week
