Northern Touch Property Care located at 639 Dupont St. Suite 180 Toronto ON M6G 1Z4 is looking to employ dedicated and hard-working window washers.

Positions: 20

Salary:  $28.00/per hour

Full time 35-45 Hrs. per week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Descending building using Rope Access equipment and ropes, to safely and effectively clean windows for residential high-rise condos.

·        mix cleaning chemicals and detergents.

·        climb ladders.

·        use water-fed poles.

·        clean windows on high buildings using cradles or ropes.

·         Talk to customers.

·        Full knowledge of the use of all rope access equipment

·        Tie off to specific anchors, safely, according to ministry guidelines.

·        Ensure all equipment is secured to harness at all times according to ministry guidelines.

·        Keep a record of completed sections and relay completed work to field managers.

·        Safely store and transport equipment.

·        Must have recognized rope access certification (Level 1,2 or 3)

Skills and qualifications:

- enjoy working outside in all types of weather.
- be able to work at heights.
- good sense of balance and concentration.
- be safety conscious.
- work well on your own or as part of a team.
- work in a friendly and polite manner.
- Caulking experience is preferred.
One year of window cleaning experience, Secondary education required certificate of recognized rope access certificate necessary and working at heights.
