About W.F.D.L.

Located at the end of Main Street on the Town Dock in Penetanguishene, Ontario, the World Famous Dock Lunch has been an area landmark since 1957. For eat-in or take-out, the Dock Lunch is everyone’s favourite eating place. The family-run business is owned and operated by local resident and entrepreneur.

The W.F.D.L. offers seating inside with a real “on the lake” cottage atmosphere as well as outdoor seating with a captivating view of Penetanguishene Bay and the town harbour.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets
