Wage: $16.55/Hour

Education: Some Secondary Education or equivalent usually required

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

We are the franchise of Osmow’s and running the Fast-food outlet in Woodbridge since July 2021. Osmow’s is a fast casual restaurant capturing a truly modern taste of Mediterranean cuisine while giving customers the luxury of customizing their preferences.

Our Store is located at 7600 Weston Road, Woodbridge, ON, Canada L4L 8B7.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responds to customers with an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Suggest products, combos, or sizes appropriately.
• Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a friendly manner.
• Communicates with management team regarding service-related issues.
• Responds to requests from customers in a friendly manner.
• Keeps the front counter/drive through area organized, stocked and ready for rush.
• Greet Customers and thank them for their business.
• Ensures that customers receive consistently fast and efficient service.
• Take the extra step (i.e., help a customer carry his/her tray to her table) where it is appropriate.
• Cares for our customers and demonstrates this through behaviors shown while working.
• Follows proper cash procedures.
• Receives deliveries and ensures that the temperature, quality, and dates of the received products are correct.
• Prepares each product to ensure that the Tim Hortons quality & value standards are met.
• Adheres to product shelf life and minimum quantity standards.
• Prepare a variety of fast-food items, using deep fryer, grill, oven, or dispensers.
• At the end of the shift, ensures that the production area is cleaned and prepared for the next production employee coming in.

Qualifications and Skills: 

• 1 to less than 7 months related experience is preferred.
• Some Secondary education or equivalent is usually required.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team too.
• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
• Have good communication skills.
