Specific skills:

Measure and mix ingredients for bread, cookies, and other baked goods following Subway recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch, Requisition or order necessary baking materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory levels, Bake mixed dough and batters, monitoring and adjusting baking processes to meet product quality standards, Inspect baked goods to ensure they meet Subway's quality standards and customer expectations, Regularly check kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring ingredients and supplies are stocked, stored properly, and accessible, Work with store staff to ensure cohesive operations and meeting baking needs while adhering to health and safety guidelines pertinent to food preparation and bakery operations, Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and equipment operation protocols.
