Responsibilities

Tasks

ï‚· Establish methods to meet work schedules
ï‚· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
ï‚· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
ï‚· Hire food service staff
ï‚· Ensure food service and quality control
ï‚· Address customers' complaints or concerns
ï‚· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
ï‚· Establish work schedules
