Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly and welcoming service.
• Inform customers about promotional offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare sales or service invoices and receipts for customers.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of convenience store items.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are organized and well stocked.
• Assist with the display of merchandise, ensuring attractive presentation and proper signage.
• Keep track of sales records and perform inventory control activities.
• Utilize computerized systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and reordering.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
