Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110)

No of Vacancies: 1

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Weekend & overtime, if required)

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible 

Work Address: 304, 2752 Allwood St, Abbotsford BC V2T 3R7

Wage rate: $27.50 - $28.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week 

Education: High School required, college diploma an asset 

Experience: 1 Year to less than 2 Years of experience 

Languages: English 

Job Duties: 

• Answer and direct phone calls and take care of mail and email enquiries.
• Organize, schedule appointments and Plan meetings.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Responsible for duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
• Set up and maintain information & filing systems.
• Work to meet deadlines & ensure that deadlines are met on time.
• Order and maintain office supplies and ensure effective operation and upkeep of telephone, printer etc.
• Prepare and edit invoices, reports and other documents required.
• Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person.

Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills, working with others, flexibility, reliability, organised.

Knowledge of Equipment: Fax, Photocopier, Computer, Printer, Scanner 

Knowledge of Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF & Adobe
