Responsibilities

Tasks

• Answering the telephone and returning messages as needed.
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Keep track of office supplies, order them, and keep them stocked.
• Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information for decision-making.
• Sort and share mail and information.
• Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread emails, billing information, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and related documents from machine dictation and handwritten notes.
• Welcome visitors warmly, inquire about the purpose of their visit, and guide them to the appropriate department or individual within the organization.
