Salary: 29.30 to 31.00 hourly (To be negotiated)

Working hours:  30 hr to 40 hrs per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time for 3 years

Working time: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Overtime, To be determined, Weekend

Tasks

Supervise retail staff, including cashiers and staff working on the floor; Display daily coupons on furniture, items, formulate pricing policies and ensure pricing is correct; Meet financial annual budget, schedule expenditure, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.; Recruit, train, counsel and discipline employees and evaluate on-the-job performance; Help store staff including both the sales team and other personnel collaborate to meet the company’s monthly targets; Identify current and future trends as per demand of the consumers; Identified and communicated with potential customers and developed and implement new sales strategies and plans.
