Wage: $23.00 per hour (full-time position; 40 hours)

Job Description:

• supervise, train, assign and coordinate the work of sales staff;
• review and authorize merchandise returned and implement company refund policies;
• promote sales, receive orders from existing and potential clients both on the telephone and in-person;
• consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages;
• maintain at all times the visual standards and samples of all items sold in our store;
• ensure that sales staff is knowledgeable and aware of the different styles, composition of tiles, bricks, stones and all other materials sold;
• able to recommend to clients’ products that best suit the project they are doing;
• review, maintain and ensure sufficient items are in inventory/place orders as needed;
• prepare sales reports and assist in the maintenance and update of our items
• co-ordinate deliveries with the shipping department to ensure orders are completed and shipped as agreed with client;
• Prepare reports on customer feedback and handle all other duties related to the position as requested by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1- 2 years’ supervisory experience in retail sales;
• Knowledgeable in the sale and supply of construction products;
• Knowledge of Windward software.
