 1000228135 Ontario Inc. is looking for the One position of Nurse Aide for their location at 255 Prince Charles Drive North, Welland, ON L3C 5A6.

 Job Title:  Nurse Aide

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position

Salary: $ 22.50 CAD per hour for 37.5 to 44 hours/week. Overtime Pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Job duties:

• Feed, bathe and care for patients
• Lift and transport patients manually and using machines
• Take and record vital signa and maintain patients’ charts.
• Understand and follow emergency procedures
• Give oral medication
• Carry messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departments
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Perform maintenance tasks such as assisting with the setup and maintenance of traction equipment, cleaning and sterilizing, repairing, assembling and operating job -related equipment.

Language: English

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years
