We are Hiring!!!

Occupation - Office Coordinator

 Wage- $29/hour (35 hours)

 

Main Duties

 

•             Oversee office procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

•             Establish work priorities and ensure that deadlines are met.

•             Maintain record of-company assets, employees including drivers.

•             Maintain record of tax payable to various government agencies and ensure that these are paid in timely manner.

•             Oversee administrative operations relating to budgeting, contracting expenditures etc.

•             Liaison with government agencies, departments, and client companies.

•             Oversee border clearance documents and custom officers.

•             Perform other duties

Education Requirements

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

 

or equivalent experience

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years
