Salary-                                                             $21.00 per hour

Terms of employment-                                Permanent employment, Full time, 35 hours per week

Job Requirements

Languages-                                                    English

Education-                                                      Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-                                                     1 to less than 7 months.

Supervision-                                                   1 to 2 people

Job Responsibilities

Assign cashiers or shelf stockers to duties;

Assist Owner in hiring and training team members;

Authorize payments when the customer pays by cheque;

Monitor product levels and assist with product orders and inventory as required;

Authorize return of merchandise whenever required;

Assist in preparing work schedules according to business needs;

Sell items to the customers;

Prepare business reports and submit them to the owner on a regular basis;

Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale and monitor supply shortages;

Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to provide the highest level of satisfaction;

Supervise cashiers or shelf stockers in performing duties;
