Job Description

Duties: 

  • Oversee, organize, and manage the tasks of food preparation, portioning, and service staff.  

  • Forecast the need for ingredients and supplies, placing accurate orders to meet our kitchen's demands.  

  • Play a pivotal role in expanding our team by recruiting and onboarding new food service staffs  

  • Act as the primary contact for guest feedback, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.  

  • Keep meticulous documentation regarding inventory, maintenance activities, sales figures, and wastage, aiding in operational efficiency.  

  • Oversee the preparation and distribution processes of meal trays, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness.  

  • Design and implement effective work schedules, optimizing staff productivity and service quality.  

  • Collaborate in menu planning for the restaurant and calculate associated food and labor expenses  

  • Develop, implement and analyze budgets and make sureall the policies and procedure are followed as per the company’s standards and operational procedures.  

  • Ensure food service and quality control; and follow all health and safety regulations.  

 

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • A minimum of 3 years in a management role within the food service industry.  

  • Experience within a high pace environment focused on delivering high quality food and service 

  • Experience overseeing a team of 5-10 

  • A current Food Safety Certificate 

  • Stellar English abilities and a customer-centric approach, ensuring a memorable experience.
