Quality Training & Technology Services Inc (QTSI) at edmonton AB require a Business System Specialist person in a full time permanent position to serve its clients in multiple domains

Work Location: #239, 10072 Jasper Ave Edmonton, AB

Wages: 25$ Hourly for 35-40 hours weekly

Education and work experience requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline with 3-4 years of relevant work experience

Role and Duties: 

•Confer with clients to identify and document requirements,
•Conduct business and technical studies on project requirements
•Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
•Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
•Coordinating with clients IT team and project manager to identify business processes and
requirements to ensure right set of objectives to be delivered for business
•Document issue logs and gaps
•Mapping different requirements to delivery as identified by business owners
•Identifying business issues and problems and creating opportunity to transform them in to
business cases in the form of project delivery
•Assisting the project delivery team with recommendations on system performance
•Helping business apply Agile methodology on projects
•Creating and delivering a quality, integrated and reliable system for implementation team
•Helping to create client documentation (client side) and instruction manuals
•Managing Weekly and monthly project reports and dashboards for management and
decision making for the stakeholders
