Job Description

Frontier Veterinary Service is a full service animal hospital. We are looking for a Veterinary attendant for our organization. We are located in Fort Vermilion, AB, Canada.

Veterinary attendant -Job responsibilities

  • Keep records of animals treated
  • Pet clipping and styling
  • Supervise helpers
  • Assist animal breeders to handle and nurture animals
  • Clean animal ears
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Clip animal nails
  • Monitor and document animal behaviour
  • Perform expert clipping on show animals with tools including clippers, shears and massage sponges
  • Perform dental cleaning on domestic animals
