• College/CEGEP
• Accounting technology/technician and bookkeeping, or related field

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years

Tasks

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare tax returns
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

Qualification

• You have a minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
• You are well-versed in QuickBooks online or cloud-based bookkeeping software.
• You have experience managing staff and multiple books/companies assets
• You possess strong software knowledge, allowing you to adapt to various tools and technologies.
• You have experience with QuickBooks Online payroll or third payroll software applications.
