Job Description

Matcha Caring Ltd. is looking for a permanent, full-time office administrator.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to contractors, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, maintenance and security services
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

 

Education, skills and experience required:

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Some work experience in office administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, e-mail and Internet browser

 

Work locations:

Suite 300, 1090 Homer St., Vancouver, BC V6B 2W9

 

Language:

  • English

 

Compensation:

  • $28.85/hour, 30 hrs/week, 10 days paid vacation
