Responsibilities

Tasks

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
• Resolve guest issues as well as working with the team to minimize issues. 
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures and coach existing employees.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare daily cash floats, tills and deposits.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily reports.
• Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
