Responsibilities/ Tasks

• Keep up to date Information of all company products, services, policies and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate all shift activities.
• Always follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when serving our guests
• Prepare and submit all the reports to the manager.
• Interprets company policies to workers, enforces safety regulations, and takes disciplinary action when necessary.
• Proper handling of guest complaints
• Proper execution and completion of all the job responsibilities for shift management that Include, but are not limited to, ordering, baking, guest service, cash control, clean, stocking and break scheduling.
• Provides training of job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to staff members
