Pay Rate and Hours: 17.50/hour to 18.50/hour for 30 hours to 40 hours per week.

Minimum Education: Completion of a community college program 1 to 2 years in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work setting: Restaurant

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules.
