Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Pay Rate and Hours: $47,000 per annum and 30hrs to 40hrs per week.

Language: English

Education: College-level diploma program for up to 2 years.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Balance Cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• Leading/instructing individuals and managing events.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility.
