Position Summary: 

Sushi and Noodle is looking for one Restaurant manager to join their team. 

Job Details:

Location: 100 Mile House, BC V0K 2E0

Salary: $25.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent employment, full time 

Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend 

Requirement: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements: 

Languages: English 

Education: College / CEGEP 

Experience: 2 to less than 3 years 

Responsibilies: 

Tasks: 

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations 

- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cashs reports and related forms 

- Organize and maintain inventory 

- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices 

- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed 

- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance 

- Address customers' complaints or concerns 

- Provide customer service 

- Recruit, train and supervise staff 

Supervision: 3 - 4 people 

Credentials - Certificates, licences, membershis, and courses: 

- Responsible Beverage Service Certificate 

- Food Safety Certificate 

Experience and Specialization: Computer and Technology Knowledge: 

- Electronic cash register
