Job Details

Location-                                     150 Edwards Rd, Kelowna, BC, V1X 7J5

Salary-                                           $23.10 per hour

Terms of employment-      Permanent employment, Full-time, 35 hours per week

Start date                                    Starts as soon as possible.

Languages-                                English

Education-                                  Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-                               1 year to less than 2 years

Supervision-                             1 to 2 people

Job Responsibilities

•                 Supervise cashiers or stockers in performing duties.

•                 Assist Owner in hiring and training team members.

•                 Assign cashiers or shelf stockers to duties.

•                 Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale and monitor supply shortages.

•                 Assist in preparing work schedules according to business needs.

•                 Sell merchandise and authorize returns when required.

•                 Authorize payments when customer pays by cheque.

•                 Monitor product levels and assist with product orders and inventory as required.

•                 Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to provide highest level of satisfaction.

•                 Prepare business reports and submit them to owner on regular basis.
