Administrative Assistant at iFile International Immigration Services Inc.

 

Job Details

Location-                                                         201-B, 6660 Kennedy Road, Mississauga, ON, L5T 2M9

Salary-                                                             $25.00 per hour

Terms of employment-                                Permanent employment, Full-time, 35 hours per week

Start date-                                                       Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements

Languages-                                                    English

Education-                                                      Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-                                                     1 year to less than 2 years

 

Job Responsibilities

Determine and establish office procedures. Ensure tasks are completed based on established procedures;

Schedule and confirm appointments of clients with the employer;

Answer phone calls and transfer them to the employer. Also, take messages when required;

Gather information from clients’ files and create appropriate reports for the owner;

Maintain inventory and order office supplies when required;

Greet visitors and direct them to waiting area and to the employer;

Manage emails, and reply or forward messages and emails to the right person. Also, save emails to clients’ file;

Maintain client’s confidential records in the form of physical files and electronic files using computer software;

Create, format, and proofread business-related forms, client files, invoices, and other related documents using word processors and other computer software programs;

Perform data entry into forms and government portals.

Provide customer service.
