Job Description

Barcelos Restaurant of #119  2120 Dollarton Highway, North Vancouver, V7H 0B5 requires one full time, permanent assistant restaurant manager.

Salary range $25.00 - $26.00 p/h depending on experience.

The successful applicant will be required to assist with the following duties

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

- Conduct performance reviews

- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations

- Organize and maintain inventory

- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

- Address customers' complaints or concerns

- Provide customer service

- Recruit, train and supervise staff

- Leading/instructing individuals

Applicants should have

completed post secondary education in hospitality or business management and

have at least 2 years of years of experience in the food service sector and

have supervisory experience.
